Track an Order
So you’ve placed your order and your asking yourself, “Where’s my stuff?!”
When you place an order, a confirmation email is sent immediately to the email address you provided to us during checkout. There are NO exceptions to this. You may say to yourself, “I’ve received no such email!”.
There are two likely scenarios in this case:
- The email was caught by your Email services Junk Mail filter, so check your junk mail folder.
- You most likely mistyped your email address during checkout!
Once we’ve processed your order, it’s been packed and is ready to be picked up by the carrier, you will again receive an email containing all the necessary tracking information for your package(s).
