I have 20/20 vision. Can I buy without a prescription? No! You can NOT buy ANY contact lens without a prescription. So don't try.The FDA now considers ALL contact lenses a medical device and must be sold with the involvement of a Eye Care Professional. For Contact Lens purchases, please enter your Eye Doctor's Name and Fax number in the required fields. You must provide a VALID, CURRENT prescription regardless of whether you are ordering plano (non-corrective) or corrective lenses. Read the Federal Trade Commission Requirement Don't have a prescription? See your local Vision Center for an appointment! It's easy!
In order for us to complete a contact lens order:
1) Enter your Eye Doctor's Name and FAX number in the required fields prior to checkout. This is necessary to submit the required documentation regarding your contact lens prescription. Your Doctor won't release your prescription? That's against the law! File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission here.
2) For the fastest processing fax or email a copy of your prescription from your Eye Doctor. Our Fax Number is 318-354-0698.
3) Once your order is placed, we WILL verify the prescription with your Eye Care Professional and your order will ship. If the prescription can not be verified, your order will be placed on hold until the information is received or until a required 8 business hours has past. If we receive no response from your Eye Care Professional after 8 business hours, the law considers your prescription verified and your order will ship. Orders providing false information or that can not be verified will be canceled and charged a $15 restocking/administrative fee. Our time is important. Wasting our time by providing us with false or expired information will cost you!

If you require a prescription for a Custom contact lens, please select your prescription power on the product page. Toric lenses are NOT available. Prescription availability, base curve, and lens diameter information varies per style and is listed in the product's description.
5) Be sure to inspect your lenses for damage BEFORE opening the container. Opened vials are non-refundable. Unopened vials may be returned at customer's expense with a 25% restocking fee. There are no returns or refunds for Custom Lenses. |
