Estimated Transit Time for UPS Ground Orders

All domestic U.S. and Canadian orders are currently shipped through UPS. The shopping cart system automatically displays the current shipping methods available for your order upon check out. Select the method you prefer and preview your order.

To speed up your delivery, you can choose an alternate method such as 2nd Day Air. Once we have received a tracking number from UPS, an email is sent to the customer containing a link so that you may track your package. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us.

Duty, taxes, and customs are the responsibility of the consumer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. These rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges. Louisiana residents will be charged 9% sales tax.

Shipping rates quoted are estimates based on the information you have supplied and calculated by weight and point of delivery. Rates quoted here are based on UPS published rates. Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ based on your shipper characteristics and the characteristics of, and services requested for, packages actually tendered to UPS.

It's important to consider item availability and the shipping option selected. Orders placed by 2pm CST will usually ship within 1 to 4 business days. If there are any problems processing your order you will be notified as soon as possible by our staff. If your order MUST arrive by a specific day, choose the shipping method accordingly!

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items. Total time equals processing plus shipping time.

We may fulfill the items in your order at different times and with different centers, so your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times. We do not charge extra for these split shipments.

International Shipping

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.

Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases at our website as well as other US based online retailers. 3. After signup, Bongo will provide you with your very own US address.
4. Back at our website, proceed to Checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING & SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment method -- No Exceptions.
7. Choose your shipping method and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for delivery of your order via online chat or email.
